DESCRIPTION
SHOOLIN PU SEAL GG-40 is a one-component, medium-modulus polyurethane sealant that cures on exposure to atmospheric humidity. It possesses excellent adhesion to all typical construction materials such as cement based materials, brick, ceramic, glass, wood, galvanized and painted sheet iron and various plastics

APPLICATIONS
SHOOLIN PU SEAL GG-40 is used for bonding various construction materials and as a sealing joint.
Joints around windows Skirting boards
Walls and ceilings Door frames
External and internal crack filling
Saw cut joints in concrete roads and factory floors
RESTRICTIONS
Avoid application below 5 °C and above 35 °C Avoid application in foggy conditions
MOVEMENT ACCOMODATIONS
Butt joints – Movement in tension and compression: 5%
Lap joints – Movement in shear: 10%
COLOR
Standard White and Grey.
APPLICATIONS INSTRUCTION
Joint Preparation: The joints must be clean, dry and free from all contamination. The surfaces should be de greased with an appropriate cleaner.
Insertion of Backup Material: Where applicable, appropriate joint filler ex. closed cell polyethylene foam should be used to provide the correct depth of joint.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Chemical Resistant Gloves should be used when handling the product.
If contact with skin occurs, it must be washed with soap and water. Solvent should not be used.
Contaminated clothes should be removed.
The use of Chemical Resistant Goggles is recommended.
If eye contact occurs, immediately splash eyes with plenty of water. Consult Physician if irritation persists.
Safety shoes are mandatory.
SHOOLIN PU SEAL GG-40 is flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition. No smoking.
In the event of fire, extinguish with CO2 or foam. Do not use a water jet
