DESCRIPTION
PRIME FLOORTOP 2K-902 is a two component modified acrylic polymer based cementitious waterproof coating system, which on mixing and hardening provides an excellent water resistant barrier it offers excellent resistance to both positive and negative water pressures.

Excellent adhesion to substrate.Bonds to both porous a-nd non porous surface.
Allows water vapour from the interiors of the substrate to come out i.e. breathable.
It is non- toxic. Suitable for drinking water use.
It is chloride free hence does not affect RCC.
It gives a dry film thickness of 1mm thick which provides excellent anti carbonation property.
It is resistant to atmospheric carbon dioxide and chloride ion diffusion.
It has got water pressure resistance upto 70meters. (7 bars) water column as per DIN 1048

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1.SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface to be applied should be free from oil, grease and dirt etc. All the potholes, crevices have to be filled up and leveled. For best performance damp the surface with clean water.
2.MIXING
Mix Part I (Powder) gradually in Part II (Liquid) using a mechanical stirrer. Mixing should be done for about 3 minutes till it is homogenous and free from any lumps.
3. APPLICATION
Apply using a short, stiff bristle brush or roller. It can be applied by trowel also. Care should be taken to see that more than 2.0 kg/m(1mm thickness)thick layers are avoided, as higher thickness tends to provoke cracks in the system. Embed fiberglass mesh for better reinforcement on first coat immediately while the coat is wet. The second coat can be applied after12 hours or after the previous coating has dried. Application of PRIME FLOORTOP 2K-902 has to be followed by a plaster or screed application especially when it is exposed to open traffic on roofs.
4. CONSUMPTION / COVERAGE
For normal applications like 1.5 to 2.0 kg /m2 on terraces, balconies etc.
For critical applications like 3.0 to 4.0 kg /m2 Swimming pools, water tanks etc.
In single coat application the consumption should not exceed 2.0 kg/m2
5. CURING
Cure application for 7 days @ 30°C or 14 days @ 20°C
HEALTH & SAFETY
Contains Portland cement.
Use hand gloves as material is alkaline in nature.
Clean with plenty of water if any splashes occur on eyes.
Seek medical attention immediately if swallowed, do not induce vomiting.
CLEANING OF TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
PRIME FLOORTOP 2K-902 systems should be removed from the tools at the
earliest before it hardens, by cleaning with water.
STORAGE
It should be stored in dry conditions. Protect from rain, moisture and frost.
Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture
