DESCRIPTION
SHOOLIN CLEAR COAT is an elastic, transparent acrylic UV TPR that provides resistance to weathering, foot traffic and offers UV and weathering properties. Typical applications include a clear acrylic UV TPR for china mosaic tiles and glass mosaic tiles.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Surface Preparation
Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from rust, grease, oil & loose material before application of SHOOLIN CLEAR COAT.
Application
After proper surface preparation or cleaning, apply first coat of SHOOLIN CLEAR COAT UV TPR coating by brush or roller depending in 30 to 40 micron thickness on the surface of application without any dilution. Allow drying for 5 to 6 hours and then apply 2nd coat in perpendicular direction of first coat and leave it for 24 hrs to hard dry.
HEALTH & SAFETY
SHOOLIN CLEAR COAT Being inflammable, it should be stored in a cool dry place away from heat and naked flames. Working areas should be ventilated. Smoking should not be permitted during application. As with all chemicals, caution should always be exercised. Protective clothing such as gloves and goggles
Flush with water or soap and water until all traces have been removed. Seek medical attention if required.
COVERAGE
The coverage depends on the type of the surface. First coat … smooth surface 50- 60 sqft Second coat .smooth surface 55-65 sqft
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Shelf life is 12 months in unopened container. Store away from sunlight and preferably below 30C
INHALATION
Inhalation of vapor or mist should be avoided. Symptoms include coughing, wheezing, laryngitis, and shortness of breath, headache, nausea, and vomiting. Immediately shift victim to fresh air, and, if needed immediately start artificial respiration. Give oxygen if breathing is labored. Get emergency.
EYE CONTACT
Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes and call for medical help.
INGESTION
